Wonderful time
The hot tub was not handicapped accessible. The pool was not handicapped accessible either and it was not heated. Everything else was great.

Excellent hospitality
We were helped by Mary when we checked in and she was very helpful, friendly, and gave me great instructions on how to get around and return from our visit to New Orleans. My three daughters and I were there for the Friday night Taylor Swift concert and Mary made us feel very welcome and we really connected with her as she showed genuine hospitality. Her positive and caring personality is ideal for the guests.

This hotel is very clean and the people who work there are very attentive! The room is not fancy, but it is very clean and comfortable. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay, this is your best value. It is also located in a great area, surrounded by Costco, Walmart, ALDI, and food chains/restaurants. The bathroom was very clean and spacious, the A/C worked great, and it has a mini fridge and microwave. The lady from the breakfast was super nice every morning! The only thing that we didn’t like of our stay was that the room had a strong air freshener scent. Still a great time!
