Unruly guests and no action taken
I’ve stayed here over a dozen times in the past 8+ years and this was by far and away my worst experience. Essentially there was a large party (in every essence) who dominated all the communal space. There was nowhere to sit at any time of the day or evening because of them. Their heavy drinking meant that the restaurant/bar was closed all the time for everyone staying there whilst they kept ferrying in beer from a local off license. The last night was the worst when I walked in to 5 large security having to literally sit with them to keep them in check. Extremely threatening atmosphere. To top it off they then set off the fire alarm first thing in the morning. Complained to reception and was told the manager would follow up with me but apart from a generic auto generated email I’ve had nothing. Get the impression this happens regularly now. Don’t stay here if you want to feel safe.

Property lacked a few things that I would expect a hotel to have on site or in the rooms. No EV charging points No bottled water in the rooms Shampoo and shower gels in the bath were empty and not filled. No telephones in the room to raise the issues we had.

Pleasant hotel
Stayed one night Here. Pleasant. Was a bit noisy (I could here the heavy footed person in room on floor above me crossing floor to go to the toilet during the night - kept waking me up), and The coffee machine at breakfast had run out of milk (so no cappuccino). Minor things but room to improve easily. Otherwise, I had a good night here and would return. Thank you.
