Paulista Ave
I love love the location. It's not a quiet one. Right on Paulista Ave with 3 malls in walking distance. Many restaurants. Easiness to get transportation. Communication were all in Portuguese how when I arrived some of attendants speaks English. I will return again. There is a good deal of security there.

Nice place with friendly staff. The units are quites small, but perfect for 1 person. Best shower I’ve had in years - I wish I had one of those at home. A bit noisy. I was on the 10th floor with the windows shut, and could hear the street traffic and live music from the restaurant downstairs - which was over before 10pm.

Poor Hospitality & Exorbitant Fees
The primary reason for my poor review for this property is because even though the room was ready, they would not let me check in early, at noon. They wanted to charge me an exorbitant fee for checking in early. And even though I was checking out of the hotel very early the following morning (6 AM) and so would overall spend much less than 24 hours in the room.

A estadia no todo foi muito boa, café da manhã bem servido com muitas opções. Quarto bem aconchegante, com opção de uma mini cozinha. Limpeza, ok, tem pontos a melhorar. Tive problema com primeiro quarto que me colocaram, o chuveiro não esquentava, mas logo resolveram e me trocaram de quarto. Recepção achei muito aberta, qualquer pessoa entra... isso não é muito seguro. Valores ótimos pelo hotels.com, o valor no site deles estava muito acima do que vale. No todo, ótimo custo benefício e voltaria mais vezes.

Excelente apartamento
Apartamento extremamente bem localizado, na Paulista e com a estação em frente. São acomodações pequenas, mas comportou bem 3 adultos e uma criança. Apto muito limpo, meu irmão é alérgico e não espirrou nenhuma vez. Toalhas boas, lençóis bons, cama e bicama muito confortáveis. Um ótimo lugar para ficar pra quem vai passear, chega em todos os lugares muito rapidamente de metro, ônibus ou app de transporte. Recomendo e tenho desejo de voltar! PS Atenção ao selecionar o café da manhã, mas o problema foi aqui no site, olhe o final antes de confirmar se ficou selecionado. Funcionários super educados e atendimento pelo WhatsApp é perfeito, tiram duvidas e nos atendem em questão de pouquíssimos minutos.

Excelente opcao no coracao da Av. Paulista, ótima localização, ótimo serviço e ótimo café da manhã. Vale incluir a opção na hora da reserva. Principalmente se vc for ficar poucos dias e forem poucas pessoas. Não vale a pena ir comer em outro lugar. Os itens da recepção são muito caros, e não tenha expectativa de early checkin ou late checkout, mesmo que tenham disponibilidade cobram uma tarifa absurda por hora extra.
