It’s just a short easy few minutes walk to train station. The hotel room is spotlessly clean and it’s like a 4-star hotel but priced at 2-star hotel. Will definitely stay again.

It's a great hotel. About 7 minutes walk to the Venice Mestre train station, and close to many restaurants. Can take the bus a block away from hotel to go to Venice. The hotel is small but very clean and comfortable. We have 2 rooms. The air conditioner in one room was weak but we were able to change room, and the AC in the new room was perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself was great! Amazing staff and very clean! The staff can assist you to get into Venice and offer bus and water taxi tickets to help you with that. However the area it was in didn’t feel too safe. Transport into Venice took a while, and the area it is located in does not have much to offer. If you are looking to spend the majority of your stay in Venice it may be worth staying somewhere closer. Cannot fault the hotel or the staff though!

Staff was helpful, had a great stay. My only hiccup was when my guest and I needed to book a taxi to the airport to go home 2.5 days prior, the lady I spoke with didn’t know the airport wasn’t open until 4am. So we ended up having the taxi come for 2am and we sat waiting for a while before allowed access to the airport. Was unfortunate nobody else noticed this, to tell us to book the taxi later, and didn’t inform us about the airports hours of operation. Otherwise a great spot to stay
