Extremely slow check in, rooms just okay
The check in took 45 minutes literally. There was a line wrapped all the way into the seating area. I have never in my life seen a check in process take that long. That was the first red flag. I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 10 minutes. I’m not trying to criticize the front desk clerk but if it’s that’s slow of a process they need to have more than 1 person up there. When I got up there it only took about 5 minutes. Yet the 2 families before me took a total of about 45 minutes. The room was decent but not as clean as it could have been, stains on and around the tub and no one ever cleaned our room when we left for the day. There were also stains on the sheets and what looked like a live bed bug on one of our pillows. Breakfast was okay. Pretty typical complimentary breakfast with eggs, sausage and waffles. Overall it worked for a quick getaway. But I probably wouldn’t stay there again and wouldn’t recommend.

Best staff!!
Arrived at 6:00 am after a horrible time getting there. The people were so nice and accommodating. We ate breakfast and went to our room. They told everyone to not bug us and let us sleep. The nicest people and the room was clean and beds were comfortable.
