Didn’t care to work with me after a booking error
Giving 3 stars because I booked for the wrong two days by mistake. When I checked in they mentioned that I was supposed to check in the day before and when I said it was a mistake and if they could adjust the dates for me they not only were unwilling but really didn’t even seem to care or empathize with my situation. They said the night I didn’t check in for is now void and that if I needed another day on my reservation I would have to pay for it. I paid for two nights and only stayed for one. They said I’d have to pay again for another night so I just stayed one night and took my business elsewhere. They didn’t even offer a discounted rate, upgrade, or anything. Really disappointing for a traveler on a budget. Would have been a great stay if they let me stay for the two nights that I had paid for, can’t stand businesses who are unwilling to work with you in these situations.
