I did not like how the staff treated their guests. In particular, the employees first name is Oscar. I paid to have an extra guest stay the night, which cost $82. I showed him my receipt at the time that my guest arrived and he denied it. He had me pay an additional $27 to have my guest visit. And, he was very rude to my guest by yelling slurs of “you are bad for business”. My guest did not reply back, as I told her I will pay the money again and I will deal with the issue the next morning. The next day there was not a manager present but I did tell the current employee of the situation. I hope this helps other guest who plan to stay there, as I will never go back.
