Arrved late night. Bathroom smelled like sewer. Smell permeated the entire room. Was told no other vacant room to move to. Wanted to check out next morning. An "upgrade to a different room" was suddenly available and offered, but which never materialized. Was told by manager will only be charged 1 night. VERY POOR communication between Hotels.com and Summit to get refund. Eventually got CHARGED TWO nights plus various fees even though stayed only 1 night, about 12 hours total and no fault of mine that room literally stank so bad. Buyer beware!
