酒店很新，服務有禮，有問題熱心幫助，房間整潔，打掃的服務員非常細心，把我們在梳洗台上的雜物統統擺放整齊，還用毛巾墊底，用早餐的餐廳環境很舒適，食物也豐富，唯一美中不足的是抽風系統不太好，有待改善。地點也好，酒店出門向左步行10-15分鐘左右就是萬達廣場，吃喝玩的都有。很好的體驗，再去十堰的話肯定再入住。
