THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE STAYED AT IN A DECADE
PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL. I will give you many reasons but above all, they will not only not listen to you. They will rob you, lie to you and then accuse YOU of rejecting help.
1. We booked the executive room for the space for our family that comes with a KING bed. What a joke. It was a full. Not even a queen. Then, when we told them they had the AUDACITY to say, “it’s a king bed for that room.” (What does that mean??) Then, when hotels.com intervened they told them “ Unfortunately though, after speaking with Hotel Bengal Blueberry, they've informed that they have provided you a Royal Suite room category that had a King size bed in it.” PLEASE SEE THE PICTURE I ATTACHED. Judge for yourself.
2, we have two babies and GET THIS…the lights around the ceiling WOULDN’T turn off. Our girls fell asleep but my wife and I couldn’t easily with the lights on (see picture). The staff came and from the door with the remote couldn’t turn them off either. SOOOO we had to just sleep with lights on. Crazy.
3. When we asked for a partial refund they completely denied us saying we got what we paid for.
4. I haven’t even told you about the blood on the sheets (see picture).
If it was a normal review they might get three stars for a crappy breakfast, kind doormen, and rooms from 1963. But after the service and unbelievable arrogance, one star was FAR TOO GENEROUS. I say this for you…please avoid this place. For your sake.
