We stayed in the Divi Beach and Golf Resort, one of the four Divi resorts im close proximity. Loved the pool with pool bar/food. The golf cart shuttles provided by Divi are great, which allowed us to visit any of the restaurants in any of the Divi resorts. The staff were great, particularly the bartender Luisana at the pool bar.

This place was very inconsistent in every aspect. The service was sometimes good, sometimes really awful. I was brought dirty towels multiple times by staff. I called the front desk day 2 of my trip because they didn’t come clean the room, and the woman who answered the phone told me very rudely that the rooms were cleaned “only once a week, on Wednesdays, ok?!” I figured, whatever. But the next day & every day after that they came to slightly clean the room. Not sure if she was confused or lying or what but she was mean about it. The dining options were sometimes great, other times they weren’t. The first night I ate at windows, the food was amazing. The second time was just average. At mulligans I had a waitress with short hair named rose who was very rude & condescending. She brought me the wrong order and when I told her that, she snatched the plate away & rolled her eyes. Upon bringing the right one, she came to the table 3 times to condescendingly ask “is that better?” To which I responded “it’s the right order this time” but she kept coming back anyway. That was annoying. Every time after that, the servers were nice but the food was just meh. Ginger was consistently good every time. The service was great there. Paparazzi was alright, the service there was good. Most of the staff were nice, but those that weren’t were very rude.

Very nice visit. Low key and relaxing. A comfortable property with a short walk or shuttle ride to the beautiful beach made for a great trip. It was nice to come back from the beach in the afternoon and have a dip in the infinity pool while having a cocktail.

The resort was great. We did the all inclusive with the Divi Golf and had access to the restaurants in Divi AI and Tam. The Unit: clean but dated. We had a 1 bedroom unit that had 2 full baths a kitchen, livingroom, balcony. The unit also had a washer & dryer. No elevators to unit. Pools were amazing! Access to the beach was great. It was just a walk across the street from the main lobby or there was a shuttle to take you there if you wanted to. Restaurants that we ate at that were good: Mulligans, Papparazi, and Red Parot. Sandbar was unfortunately close for renovations and I wish we had known that prior to booking because the options to eat at Divi Golf is pretty limited without it (Mulligans and the infinity bar). Also you should note that at Mulligans the menu is limited to Pizza and Wraps for about a hour and half from when they are transitioning from breakfast to lunch. I would suggest to have a couple of dinners outside of the resort because there are a bunch of great restaurants by the high rises. The only room for improvement would be the golf shuttles as they take some time getting to you. The guys working the shuttles are great and work hard I just think they need more in rotation. Alternatively, depending on where your unit is you can walk to mulligans and the welcome lobby. I read a bunch of reviews on Expedia and the Aruba Reddit group (super helpful if you are trying to decided where to stay). Over all we enjoyed our stay and would return back.

Overall very good stay. Kind of pricey but a true all inclusive. Quality food, good drinks, as much as you want with very good service. Nice beach and pools. My only issue was that sometimes it was a long wait for a shuttle to take you to the restaurants or the beach. Had to wait 1.5 hours once. Usually it's just 10 minutes. Overall I highly recommend.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was great and because there was many restaurants in different spots of the resort, it felt like we were experiencing something new every day. It was really all inclusive and the only additional money we spent was only because we wanted to. The only issue we had had nothing to do with the resort itself but the airport, they have to fix that, it takes too long to check in and out of the island. Other than that, our experience was great. If you’re looking for a place to go and relax, I highly recommend Divi.
