First night the door to our room wouldn’t open tried both had to call Front desk lady came and all three keys showed an issue was issues a new room which we were grateful. That room the key chain lock didn’t lock due to previous people. Then being told Use these WiFi codes but none worked only our hot spots worked. Being told to park anywhere you see parking on the side and two days into our stay turns into a sign on vehicle and in our door to move it so The owner can make money off of people Coming down to the boardwalk for the day here’s the best part the toilet had no pressure when flushing. The only plus was it was two blocks from the boardwalk. The housekeeping ladies were extremely nice and family oriented.

Nice place. Clean. Beds comfortable. Staff very pleasant. But you have to pay extra for the WiFi & pool access plus the coffee and 1/4 muffins (which is not available until 9am). Plus is additional for parking too. Also, the WiFi was intermittent at best. I finally just gave up and used my data. And the A/C does not stay on. It goes off completely if you’re not in the room so you come back all sweaty from beach and the room is hot. It goes on and off at night. Some nights was just too warm and kept waiting for it to kick back on. All in all I still would consider coming back but would compare the nightly rates with other hotels with the extras added in.

It was quiet and other guests were friendly. The stair treads need to replaced before someone trips and falls. They add too many extra fees on to really inflate your bill. The designated smoking area was never really cleaned up. Ashtrays were not emptied unless by other smokers into a bigger ashtray. Coffee and light snacks need to be much earlier especially for earlier risers. Offers snack bar/cafe which is non-existent except for breakfast snacks.

The bathroom was astrosious! the AC didn't work in the room and we couldnt sleep because the walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone in the rooms next to you. Sorry but we wont be back.

The property itself is in something of a shambles. The locks on the doors don't work properly, I had to play with the key every time to open the door. It seemed like the lock might be rusted or just old. Also I made a noise complaint because the room next to mine sounded like it had a party with 20 people in it. Parking was also an issue as there were four guys who were probably all staying in the same room but only paying for one and only registering one car. I was afraid to move my car because I would not have been able to get another spot. Since this is in Point pleasant during season parking is hard to find and as a matter of fact on Saturday I had to park on the street because there was no parking available at the motel itself. Housekeeping staff did not remove all items from the refrigerator in the unit as I found a melted ice cream Ben & Jerry's or something. There was also burn marks on the counter as the unit had an electric stove and microwave. Bathroom and bed were both clean. I would not stay there again
