Worst morning coffee ever!!
Didn’t expect to be put in a handicap hospital room. It felt very awkward and uncomfortable. The blinds on the window were broken, unable to open. Leaving us feeling trapped in the room. The coffee was so bad in the morning it made me nauseous to drink it. I’ll bypass Dalhart next time.

Check in was great. The first night the pipes broke and water was not available for a shower or to brush teeth. Couldn’t even flush the toilet after taking a dump. It smelled the whole room up. I had to go about my day with out any water. When I returned to the hotel I was told water was fixed and everyone that stayed Friday night would be reimbursed for the night. When I checked out Sunday morning I inquired about what I had to do about the reimbursement and the 2 female staff members said no one is getting a refund for anything and that no one told me that. We exchanged some words and I left. I would never ever, ever stay at this location again based on the conversation with those 2 ladies at the desk Sunday, March 7, 2021. And I’m still waiting on my almost $200 refund for Friday night.

This hotel looks new, but was built very cheaply. Its loud. We could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. It wasn’t perfectly clean, just enough to get by. The heat/air unit in the wall had a major dent in it, allowing a stream of air to flow in freely... we would have been very cold had I not stuffed towels around the gap... the sink plug would not drain the sink . On & on i could go... cheaply built, poorly run property.
