The tower is not oceanfront, you have to walk a few buildings over to access the main pools and waterpark. The building needs a deep cleaning.

Great place for families of all ages

This place was great!! Grand kids and parents loved the lazy river and water park. Right on the beach, great views and lots of restaurants and snack bars. Highly recommended for families. We'll be back next year for sure!

What I didn’t like was the false advertisement by Expedia placing me in Ocean Dunes instead of Sand Dunes. My room was suppose to be an oceanview but instead I was facing trees and a building on the 2nd floor.

I have been here several times and unfortunately Expedia booked me in a room facing trees and a building imstead of what I asked for. Also, 2 days in a row several times a day I requested towels for my room and did not receive any. Luckily I brought some OF My own.

Good spot for family vacay

We had a very nice one night stay at the Sand Dunes. The front desk was very helpful. The beach was nice, the pools were clean and the kids loved the waterpark. We had plenty of space in our room and it was very clean. Some things in the room were showing age but all in all it was a nice place.

My family have been visiting this resort for some years now, but this will be my laat year. Our room had mold in the vents, and my family had to be moved three times which caused us not to be able to relaxand have fun...the reason why we went there. I will not be going back there.

We have travel here. Couple time but. This Time is thw wost time. The room is drity the floor was no clean completely drity . the check was the worst . We check in with 2 separate room and they. Try to trick us only give us 1. Room. For. 10 people in 1 room with 2 bed . That a messup that they did there . And. They try to blame it. On Expedia. That. We have to call back and wait. . When we book the room they should have know . We wont be back. !

When selecting the property it was very misleading said ocean view our view was the building behind us and we had to walk a block or more to get to the beach and the same for the water park. The room had no water pressure.

Room had roaches. They came and sprayed and still killed 3 more after they sprayed. Wife slept with her clothes and shoes on at the table. Had 2 hours of sleep. Roaches where on the ceiling. Will not ever stay again.
