My stay at The Pyramids Eyes Hotel was absolutely wonderful! Weeks prior to our arrival, the hotel liaison Sayed stayed in contact with me consistently to ensure that all of our needs were met. He even arranged for my airport pick-up which was a very easy process. My husband and I were nicely greeted upon arrival at the hotel although it was around 1am or so. The food served at the hotel was delicious! Ordering room service was simple and the food always came quickly. The hospitality at this hotel is better than some I've experienced here in the US. And our room was exactly as advertised-our view of The Pyramids was absolutely AMAZING!!!! Admittedly, I did not want to leave and go back home. Our trip to Egypt was nothing short of perfect and I look forward to visiting again very soon. I would recommend everyone to stay at The Pyramids Eyes Hotel!!

An ok hotel depending on the room
The staff was nice enough but the room they put me in was next to the lobby and I could hear everything. It was horrible and kept me up at night. I heard the two guys at the front desk all night. The room itself was pretty good just the horrible location.
