I enjoyed being in an area outside Manchester, where it was quiet and peaceful! I took advantage of the patio, to do some work and take in the natural surroundings. I was welcomed by the staff, who continued to meet my needs without hesitation during my two day stay. The room was clean and specious. I am concerned about not having any safety rails in the bathtub and the tub itself was quite high. I was traveling with my 84 year old Aunt who opted out of showering because of her instability. I would also like for you to consider having a few “pet free” rooms, because of people’s allergies. I brought this to the attention of the hotel, and they promised to have the room completely cleaned, which it was. I would gladly stay here again in the future!

The fact that weekly workers stay on the top floor and cause excessive noise at 4AM until 6am. When asking the night staff to address the issue, i was informed the person had checked out. Except the work truck was back and so was the noise. Banging until 11 pm and again at 4am from above.
