Worst stay with Hilton!
I am a Diamond Member with Hilton and this by far is the worst property with Hilton I have stated with. The whole place smelled like mildew. Even the cookie was so stale it must have been baked a week ago. They gave us a $30 drink and food credit and then charged us $54 for a grilled cheese, Caesar salad and $13.50 for a rim and coke to be sure they charged more than the $30 credit. At checkout the girl didn’t even want to stand up to check us out. Done with Doubletree.

Bad Experience
No Shuttle from the Airport to the Hotel we waited an hour in the cold called the Hotel 3 times and they said he is on the way each time after about 10 minutes on hold. The driver never showed up so finally we took an Uber. Got to the Hotel and the Shuttle was in front - asked the driver where were you we were waiting and he never acknowledged us and kept walking in opposite direction.
Had to actually switch rooms because the sink was clogged and especially of a loud noise the AC/Heating unit started making. Maintenance came to look at it and thought the wind was causing which we questioned but was tired so we packed everything and moved to another room. No key was giving to us for the room he said he would bring one up and slide it under the door, no key was ever brought up.
I found a dirty glow ring on the floor that house keeping neglected to pick and throw away. The pipe for the shower head had to be wrapped with a wash cloth because if you didn’t it literally sprayed over the shower curtain into the bathroom because it leaked.
On a good note the bed was comfortable as a consolation prize.

Overall I liked my stay.
Inside hotel was clean and fancy looking I loved the high ceiling in the lobby. My room was clean and didn’t have the weird carpet smell. The lighting wasn’t the best and I didn’t have a mini fridge or microwave. Maybe they charge more for the rooms with those amenities. I was there football Sunday so parking was crazy. I absolutely didn’t like that my security deposit will take 7-10 business days to be back on my cards.

Overall the experience was good however the house cleaner did not vacuum very well from the previous guest, and the shower drain was slow in emptying
