Sunset 104, a chic and elegant beachfront apartment on the famous Paynes Bay beach on the West Coast of Barbados. This lateral first floor villa comprises of a spacious living room, modern kitchen, outdoor terrace with dining area and plunge pool and 3 bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. The master benefits from a private balcony overlooking the stunning bay.

Having recently under gone an extensive re-fit, Sunset 104 offers luxury beach living with contemporary interiors that have high quality natural earth tone finishes, brand new bathrooms and a new kitchen. It also benefits from being a corner unit giving you plenty of natural light.

The villa includes a housekeeper with your stay who will set out your bed each morning and provide two meals per day, breakfast and lunch or dinner.  Cost of food and beverage extra. You can also enjoy private beach access and private dedicated beach loungers. Paynes Bay is located close to waterfront restaurants, golf courses and spas.
