Excellent as always. Staff are all exceptional from the minute they welcome you to the lobby staff, housekeeping and restaurant staff. Every time we call within the 10 minutes or less staff will be at your door to answer your request. I have a separate booking and just need another room for my grandma's visit. Looking forward to book to this hotel in the future.

One thing that scored low for the hotel was the constant sewage smell in the bathroom which was strongest early in the morning. It smelled constantly like sewage even if it has not been used. It could have been a perfect stay if not for this.
