Not only was staff insanely accommodating and that was the easiest check-in ever, the mini fridge was out in our first room, I needed it because I had breast milk I had to keep cold, they switched us immediately. Absolutely easy smooth process! Will be staying again. As it was super close to the venue, and insanely clean!

I know traveling during the holiday can be hectic. Coming from PA to visit family it is my first time In Spartanburg, South Carolina. The hotel staff I met Tina, Ang the manager and Brit were all super friendly and patient. The room I had is pretty spacious, bed is super comfortable. The room I had didn’t come with a microwave which I prefer in case of late night craving but it’s okay. I will know next time. I do want mention, housekeeping should add 2-3 toiletries items in case of running out, I was only giving one with a family of 5, I did see a few strands of hair left in the shower. Which I immediately disinfected. It didn’t bother me as much everything in the room was pretty clean
