The villa is perfectly located,5 minute walking from Old Town, it was renewed recently. Room super clean and according to photos. The people are great, special mention to Sang, who is really nice , proposing things to do and taking care of all your needs. I highly recommend Square Villa!

Of all the places we stayed on our 3 week holiday in Vietnam Square Villa was the absolute best. The staff were kind, helpful and by the end of our 4 night stay we felt like family. We slept there for 2 nights and had a really pleasant time at this hotel. Very nice and helpful personnel which were always available for any help and need. The room was very nice and clean. This little boutique hotel has everything we needed while vacationing in Hoi An. Owned and operated by a small family, we enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was a combination of either western or local vietnamese cuisine. Their banh mi is better than many other restaurants or street stalls. The staff is always helpful in booking/reserving transportation for us, answering our questions regarding site seeing excursions.
