The room was very clean upon arrival. We only stayed one night, so I can’t attest for much, but it was always very quiet inside, the staff that helped us was very friendly, and the building itself was very nice.

We had a wonderful stay. Beds comfy, bathroom clean, outdoor patio food/drink great, indoor and outdoor pool fun, and free kayaking for guests was so fun in a tandem kayak. Lake views were beautiful as well. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

MIND YOU THERE WERE ABOUT 10 PEOPLE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL. IT WAS EMPTY. WE THEN WENT TO HAVE LUNCH AND THE RESTAURANT CLOSED AT 1PM FOR LUNCH. HOTEL NEEDS ALOT OF UPDATING. WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.

Waterpark temp could be warmer but food was great and having it right poolside was so convenient. There is a pool that’s included with your stay if you don’t want to go to the waterpark. Couldn’t get breakfast as it wasn’t open until late morning.

Great location and beautiful grounds! The rooms are a bit dated and need a facelift. My closet door was broken, the bathroom soap was deteriorating, there was someone’s leftover food in my refrigerator, and the coffee selection in the room was subpar.

Arrowwood is a great facility - especially wonderful for parents with kids - lots of fun options here. The three days in August I was there was really quiet - not sure why - school starting in a week or so, thought it would be busier. Friendly staff and very clean.
