My all time favorite hotel
I think this may be my first hotel review but this one was well worth taking the time to write about. The service here is outstanding and everyone there goes above and beyond. They are friendly and knowledgeable and really made a difference for our stay. The hotel design is also very elegant and the pool has a very nice view as well. The service all around from the waitresses to front desk and especially to the concierge made this feel better than the four seasons or ritz.

In the heart of interlaken, with the best view of the snow mountain top from the dining hall. Very comprehensive spa facility with a Roman style open pool facing the Mountain View. This place is a splurge but one worth taking... The building, restaurant and amenities are truly top notch. Stunning spa and we also used the gorgeous indoor tennis court.
