This property is decent however, I only gave it two stars because of two issues I had. The one reason you go to a hotel is to sleep. The mattresses were terrible. It made a loud noise every time I moved, therefore, waking me up throughout the night. When I brought it up to management, they acted like they cared, but nothing was ever done. They did offer another room, but it reeked of cigarette smoke.
The other issue I had was security. I am a single female that travels 20+ weeks out of the year. I was awakened at 3 AM by a man beating on my door, as well as trying to open it with a key. When I told him it was the wrong room through the door, he proceeded to tell me management had given him the key and that was his room as he continued to try to get in. It took three calls to the front desk for them to answer and then I was told… But did he get in? As well as, he’s probably drunk. Which, there is a liquor store connected to the parking lot and you have to enter each room from the outside. I had to tell the man that I was calling police before he left. This property has no concern or consideration for you once you have checked in and paid for your stay. The rooms were nice and big, but to me, it’s a hotel, focus on what you’re providing.
