not the same building in the photos. Wrong address . We drove to this address to find a
Run down building with a sign on the door, to a new address across the street . That building is also run down . Staff was nice but our room was dirty! There was hair in the shower when we arrived. The place is just a dump .

My experience
Loved the Spanish old lady at the west tower office very respectful and polite and definitely know how to manage customers with great conversations she is good the only thing i didn't like is that the lobby vending machines were sold out it could've been nice to walk out ur room and purchase a candy bar or drink from the machines instead of going to the store otherwise it was a great day day and night i loved it

This is a decent place to stay while in Miami. For the price I can honestly give this 3.5 stars. Nice sized room with small Kitchenette and a nice double balcony. We couldnt receive housekeeping because of the pandemic and never got clean towels or sheets so that’s was definitely disappointing, but the pool was empty so we got to enjoy it to ourselves also disclaimer : the hot tubs shut down. And Incase you must know THIS IS NOT FOR LUXURY.

Room need to be updated. Housekeeping wasn’t present the entire 5 days. We had to continue to ask for towels and washcloths.

The rooms could use an update. The curtains are outdated. Under the bed needed to be cleaned, the bathroom fan was extremely loud, no shower mat so you had to use towels to keep the floor dry because the shower door do not extend very far, we never saw housekeeping the entire 5 days!

We were very impressed with the location and the hotel,
but was difficult to find as it does not display the name at the front entrance from the street.

Property was alight... not bad if youre looking for an inexpensive place to stay in a nicer area of Miami. Beds were comfortable and rooms are quite large. However, the cleanliness of this hotel was subpar. There was rusty liquid leaking from one of the floor tiles in our room, so much so that we had to keep a towel on the floor to soak up the liquid. Not to mention our rooms were untouched by the cleaning staff. The beds were not made and we did not recieve fresh towels after we had thrown our dirty towels on the floor (our mistake for thinking we would recieve clean ones). When we had mentioned it to the front desk the ladys response was "you should have called if you wanted your room to be cleaned." Never once did we recieve an apology. If you can get a room here for cheap I would say it isnt the worse option but at a rate of $175 a night I am extremely disapointed in the lack of service and cleanliness I had recieved during my stay and I will not be back.

Clean property, nice size rooms, could use more parking spaces and more amenities which it looks like they are adding more amenities in the near future.

Lacking on maintenance but overall an ok stay
Room was decent, nothing fancy but not bad. When we first got to the room they had the ac on 60 and the room was freezing and the heater didn’t work. Also The fan in the restroom didn’t work. Also I booked a bayside view and ended up with a street view on the other side of the hotel. Was too tired when we got there to bother asking for another room. People at the front counter were friendly.
