Poor Cleanliness & Safety Concerns
This was the worst hotel experience I've had. The room was filthy with scuffs all over the walls, a sticky substance on the a/c unit, and fruit flies. The shower did not drain properly, so I was standing in two inches of water the entire time. Worst of all, the door did not open or close properly. The extra lock on the door was hanging on loose screws, and the lock from the handle would not latch unless I used my full weight against the door. The door got stuck multiple times both preventing me from entering and leaving the room. I ended up checking out about two hours after I checked in and switching hotels.

Would not recommend!
We have stayed at this hotel before and had no problems. The pictures did not look anything like the rooms. This time however, the first room they gave us smelled musty and moldy. There was black mold all around the ceiling. The second room did not have mold that we could see but still smelled musty and moldy. The beds and pillows where uncomfortable. The neighbors woke us up at 1 in the morning. Idk what they were doing but it sounded like they were trying to get the connecting door open. The only good thing about our stay was the breakfast.

Pick another hotel
This hotel is falling apart. The balcony door would not latch closed. The lamp fixtures were rusting. The nightstand had major water damage and was literally breaking apart. The bathroom was filthy. The outside of the hotel smelled like marijuana in all the walkways. The security lights on the building strobed at night. This hotel needs some serious maintenance done. Don't let the pictures fool you. They put new floors down, new comforters and new curtains. Thats all.

very disappointed!
first off our supposed ocean view was a large sand dune. the room had what looked like coffee was spilled on the wall. in places the door did not close properly and it had to be locked when inside. the whole place was in need of a lot of work. very old and dirty looking.

Think Twice Before Staying Here
The stay was not very pleasant. The room was dirty and had ants. The woman at the front desk didnt seem to care one bit. No one from housekeeping ever came in and did anything. The door to the bathroom was broke and you could not close it. The light switches in the room were all broke and would not move up or down. The breakfast consisted of frozen breakfast sandwich you had to heat up. Was not enough parking for all the hotel guests.

Quick Vacay
This was a short get away for me and some friends. The oceanfront location was perfect. Plenty of parking space. Everything was clean and the breakfast was good. The hotel itself is just a little dated. Check in and out at the virtual kiosk was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

Worse Place Ever Stayed
The lobby had dirty windows, coffee 24 hrs, not true. Free breakfast horrible. Main problem was that the room had so many broken and missing items. Such bad repair. I can’t believe a hotel in such bad repair would carry a name like “Quality Inn”, what a joke. We left a day early because couldn’t take it!!

Definitely not worth the price for how old the building was, not sure about the rooms inside the hotel but the rooms that only had outside access definitely looked more like a motel and very run down. Paid my trip in full on website and was charged over $800 when I arrived thankfully the issue was resolved but it was a big enough problem to put a stop to some of our plans. Definitely wouldn’t go back nor would I recommend the place. There are condos/apartments around the hotel that are right on the beach as well and I would definitely try that before this hotel again.
