I love that the place is close to the wharf for the price. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. I just wish that breakfast choices were better, but it doesn't matter because there are plenty of breakfast places close by. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town.

Hotel Caza was a great hotel to stay in for a San Francisco visit. So clean. Updated. Pleasant and helpful staff. I would stay there every visit to San Francisco. The only complaint I have, the pillows on the bed are feather pillows.
