In room 214 Bathroom had mold, door was filthy and dirty old bathtub fixtures.. Headboards were not clean. Walls need paint. Television picture had lines. Phone did not work. Bedding and mattress was in poor condition. I have pictures.

The shower had mold under the handles, pillows were there but only in name, matress and box springs were stained badly and not comfortable at all , vending machines were virtually empty. Staff wasnt rude but wasn't exceptionally welcoming either. Won't stay here again.

My room had unsightly stains in the carpet, the shower curtain either had stains or mold on it. There was definitely mold in the shower, and a taped up hole in the tub. Don't even wanna discuss the stains on the couch. Wouldn't hurt for this place to actually do some maintenance and some deep cleaning.

The hotel was average, but it was also a disappointing that the management and staff regard their bookings, as I reserved a Smoking King Room for one night but management and the staff decided to place me in a Smoking Double and place someone else in the Smoking King Room as they were staying a week. I will not utilize this hotel or any hotel that changes room reservations on the basis of your length of stay

The lobby was supposed to be open until 11 pm for checking in. Got there at 9:30 pm and had to register outside at the window, when only 45 degrees outside. Also, was suppose to get hot continental breakfast included. For 2 days was out of juices, and only offered cereal and granola bars and coffee. Total rip off.

Very noisy property! Loud voices, honking until 1am! Lobby was closed when checking in at 6pm so you have to use the side window which attendant opened 1 inch to perform check in transaction. Parking is tight. My truck was parked on the end and another truck parked caddy corner which prevented me from being able to back without hitting his truck. Space should be for compact cars only. My 4WD was able to ride up on curb to exit.

The rooms and items in rooms were awful. Bed linens were scratchy. Did not have bar soap at the sink. Of the 4 rooms that my colleagues and I had, 2 didn’t have functioning air conditioning and the breakfast was terrible.
