Good value for money with the discount. Plenty of group tours and can tell it's popular. not located in the most walkable area, with very little to offer in the vicinity, except for the lake. Saving grace is the service staff whom I think are very attentive.

I stayed 4 nights, and am satisfied staying this hotel. My arrival was late at night (11pm), but check-in was so smooth. The room was large and clean equipped with two closets. There was also a bath tub. I enjoyed a variety of breakfast menus. The staffs were so kind.

Stayed at Grand Vista Hanoi for 2 nights and I had a lovely stay! Hotel staffs were very accommodating and did their best to ensure a good experience despite the difficulties due to the ongoing pandemic. The meals were very good and abundant, at a good price too. The view and location were also excellent. Highly Recommend to stay here!

I would highly recommend this hotel. It's had very clean rooms very comfortable bed hot water for the shower and good reliable Internet for my video calls for work that I needed to do. The breakfast buffet was great and changed every day Front desk Staff were friendly and spoke fluent English. Swimming pool and exercise room, or adequate to do my daily exercise.

I chose this hotel because I wanted to be in a more comfortable room compared to the hotels in the old part of town. The neighbourhood is quite sketchy and it is very far from the touristic places. Most travel agencies would offer free hotel pick up/ drop off but only around the old town. Hence, this hotel is not included and you have to either take a taxi or a bus to go to the old town, adding at least 20 minutes each way.

The front reception staff were friendly and informative. Shared with us a spa massage and they were good. The bell boy, Peanut gave us exceptional service with great initiative. Helping us with all our luggages or even sample bags when we return for the day
