Older Room, Outstanding Staff
Sad trip, strange town, and a hotel that was a haven in the storm (literally). From the moment I stepped inside the desk manager was simply outstanding, warm, personable, welcoming, with excellent advice about local dining. The room was very nice but its age was telling in small ways - toilet seat in need of repair, faucet that needed tweaking in order to turn off, but in the big ones - cleanliness, bed, and layout, a very comfortable stay. I would not hesitate to return.

!!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!!
****DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER STAY HERE OR GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY*** I have never been more disgusted in my life!!!! Do NOT stay at this property. The number of deficiencies and public health codes/regulations that were not followed is astonishing. Boogers on walls, boogers on sheets, stained and dirty arm chair, broken cupboards, sink not sanitized - hair all over the sink and toothpaste on the faucet. The room reeked of odor and the entire property was NOT up to standards. I complained to the front desk and she asked my room number and proceeded to state, "Oh, I didn't check that one." WHAT???? How do you allow tenancy in a room, but don't confirm that cleanliness standards are met? Oh, but they are quick to take my money and NOT give it back!!!!!! I will be reporting this to higher ups - Wyndham - and letting them know this property is not living up to their MISSION and CORE VALUES of INTEGRITY OR ACCOUNTABILITY and did NOT do the right thing when they refused to issue my refund! THIS IS NOT OVER AND I WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR MY REFUND!!!! WASHINGTON STATE DEPT OF HEALTH WILL KNOW ABOUT THIS AS WELL AS WYNDHAM CEO/CORPORATE. DO THE RIGHT THING AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! NO ONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD STAY IN YOUR FILTHY PROPERTY EVEN IF YOU OFFERED A DIFFERENT ROOM!!! FRONT DESK CLEARLY STATED THEY DON'T CHECK THEIR ROOMS, SO WHAT WOULD MAKE HER THINK I WOULD WANT A DIFFERENT ROOM?

First room we were given smelled really bad, like weed and there was a broken glass frame hanging on the wall. Also walls and holes, deep markings in them. We ended up getting a different room. Was t much better and in the middle of the night the heater stopped working. Pull out bed had blood stains and hair on it.

Could’ve been better.
My sister and I came from Canada to visit our other sister. So we pre paid for two double beds. We arrived and got a king size bed and couch. If it was my boyfriend and I, I wouldn’t have minded. But specifically requested a room and they had 7 left on the app. Front desk wasn’t there a check in for about 15 mins standing there waiting.

Horrible
Don’t waste your time or money going here. Motel 6, in the middle of Crackville would be better. The room was dirty and missing furniture look like nobody had been in it for years. There was gaps in the doors they did not seal nor did they have security locks on them.

The staff was friendly and nothing bad happened. Overall the property is in pretty rough shape. The shower curtain bar was falling out of the wall and cleanliness was questionable. There were people hanging around the back of the property all night coming and going from the parking lot and hanging around the rear entrance that did not appear to be staying at the hotel. Not sure what was going on there but didn’t feel safe.

The staff were quick and friendly. The telephone didn't work in the room. Appreciated the mini fridge, coffee machine, and microwave. My only issue was the constant smell of drugs (not Marijuana) and the shower curtain constantly moving away from the wall causing water to always be on the floor.
