So we get to the location and was immediately greeted by nice professional associates. However they have our original room to someone else so that meant an upgrade. However if the upgrade was better than what we should have originally got then I would of hate to see it. The room wasn’t cleaned well. The couch had stains that didn’t look old nor was it hard to get up since it was crust of some sort. The air conditioning unit was not working at all the fan in it wasn’t even operable. It just made a loud noise THE WHOLE NIGHT on and off! We opened the window to get some fresh air and cool down but quickly realized people were outside talking and smoking so that was a no go! Then we shower which wasn’t the cleanest and headed to bed after a long debate on if we should just go down and complain but seeing as though we drove hours into town and it was already 11:45pm we just decided it wasn’t worth the battle. We then went to call the young ladies at the front desk instead but couldn’t get an answer. So we just chalked to a bad choice and something we would use as a lesson and that before we got in the bed that was TERRIBLE! THE CENTER OF THE BED HAD COMPLETELY PLUMMETED. You can definitely tell the mattress has been in high use and that was the straw that broke......not the camel but my wife’s back! The whole night she tossed and turned and rolled in discomfort because the mattress felt like a water bed. You literally had to try to balance the whole night! It was all bad!!!!

The young lady at the front desk was wonderful, but the room was very outdated. There was a musty smell in the room as well. Random people outside walking around the establishment. I will not be returning and I don’t recommend staying here either.

The lobby and outside were nice. Enjoyed the Starbucks in the lobby. I was disappointed in the cleaning of the room during our stay. The counters were not wiped off, it seemed like it only the beds were made and towels replaced.

Great location and proximity to Easton Mall area which was hugely important to me for nighttime entertainment and food. Free shuttle service was incredible and one of the best features of this hotel. Staff was awesome to include Charles, Keisha and Theresa. Super friendly and helpful all around. All the staff was great if not mentioned by name. My only criticism was there was falling popcorn ceiling from water damage and black mold on the ceiling of the shower. Room had a moldy smell to it but I got used to it and it did not bother me. Others with lung problems would not have fared as well. Capet was old. Hotel probably needs a little TLC throughout
