Really good camp.
The location of the camp is brilliant. Great views If you are staying in the bubble tent. I would personally recommend staying a max of 2 days, you need cash for activities (there are no nearby atms even in the nearest village) there is no signal for wifi so be prepared for this. The activities are a bit pricey, the jeep tours are fun, the guides are local people so they do not speak much English. Meals are all buffet style and it can get crowded as there are tour buses that also come to the camp for meals. There is a cafeteria open during the day where you can purchase drinks - cash only. Tents were clean on arrival and bed comfy, they do not clean the tents during your stay.

Terrible hospitality - would not recommend!
I’ll start with the good; the place itself was relatively clean and comfortable and the food was nice. On the other hand the owner was extremely rude after we had told him we already booked the jeep tour with another provider, despite the fact we had tried to contact the property to arrange this through them beforehand but had not got a response. One of the towels in the room was dirty and we noticed that other rooms had been provided with bathrobes and slippers but we had not. The lock on bathroom door was broken meaning the door would not close. Note that all drinks must be paid for separately. There was not even free water provided with dinner. Checkout time was actually 10am, not 12pm as stated on the booking. And the owner rushes you to leave so they can get rooms ready for the next guests.

Great stay and food
The camp is located in a lovely secluded area away from all other camps. The crew working at the camp were fantastic and very helpful with planning our excursions. The only draw back was the loud music during dinner time. It really didn't fit the mood of visiting the desert to relax in peace and quiet.

Beautiful location, amazing staff and dinner is great! Super talented chef, I think the dinner at Aladdin is easily the best food we had in our 10 day trip to Jordan! The Owner is so friendly, he remembers your name and will make an effort to come and have a chat and see how you are doing. On our first night we went star gazing so missed the 'party' back at the camp after dinner. When we returned I heard someone call my name, I look back and it was the owner asking if we were ok as he noticed we weren't at the party. Little things like that made the stay enjoyable. However, if you are visiting in the summer and have booked a bubble room then be warned, although the room has Air Conditioning (which works perfectly at night when it's cooler), during the day the room becomes an oven (possibly due to the materials used in the build) and it is unbearable even with the Air Con on as it just ends up blowing heated air. Our friends stayed at Aicha camp where they said the rooms are covered during the day to prevent them from overheating and the build of the tents is more like a building to it keeps the coolness of the AC in the room and retracts the outside heat. Other than the AC issue we tenjoyed our stay and I would probably book Aladdin again if we were to go on cooler months. Big thanks to the chef again for the amazing food!
