Overall, this is a solid place to stay. We had a few small issues concerning the lack of toilet paper provided and the room door on the verge of breaking. The vent in the bathroom could use some attention. Small problems but would stay here again.

Water in shower never got warm, room had bad smell to it, wallpaper in bathroom was falling off, literally had to kick the door open everytime due to it being stuck. Staff were great, access was easy, great breakfast.

Very disappointing
This property was a huge disappointment. The staff was not very welcoming hardly addressing my husband and I at all. The lobby looked run down. We got to our room and it was clean but also run down. Holes in the comforter and the sofa was snagged badly. The tub would not turn off. There was a constant stream coming out. It had obviously been happening for a while because there were stains around the drain. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast was terrible; stale cereal, some kind of egg omelette that looked burnt, orange juice machine was out of order and the coffee was like sludge. It's surprising since the location is in the heart of businesses. I would not recommend this place.

Do NOT stay here unless you want dirty, unkept rooms. The hotel smells like weed as well! I have stayed at many Comfort Suites - this is terrible! I am working on getting a refund and would have found a different hotel tonight if not for my large family and how late it is.

Broken closet door handle. TV unplugged because not enough plugs for microwave, TV and refrigerator. Broken faucet in bathroom sink. Dusty furniture. Rude staff at check-in.

The hotel was easy to find and easy to get into. It was close to restaurants and shopping. All staff we interacted with were very friendly ad helpful. We just loved the gentleman who was in charge of breakfast.

There were small cockroaches in the room, One of the mattresses was really uncomfortable, the entire left side was angled downwards. The air conditioner was noisy, it was not possible to close the window curtain all the way. Breakfast very poor, even the cold drink machine did not work.
