Unfortunately the room assigned had stains on many surfaces such as the curtains, side tables, and walls. The curtains had at least ten holes in them, and the shower had black-coloured mold. When housekeeping came in to clean the room they did not change the sheets on the beds or the cases on the pillows during any of the requested occasions. The bathroom also had no lock and the room had no mini fridge. The size of the room was quite generous though.

This property is not located in a place with many amenities, restaurants, bars or even a supermarket. You will literally need to sit the tram to another suburb to get the basics of food and water. Staff at the reception aren't particularly nice, and will charge you for every single service you request from them including individual item of washing. The price is reasonably low because it is in an inconvenient location.

Not 5* but not bad at all!
For the price, this hotel was brilliant for our family stay in Berlin. Think an older style Premier Inn (UK) but without the kettle. Our family room consisted of 2 bedrooms and one bathroom behind one main locked door, each bedroom having 3 beds and room to play cards on the floor. The beds were comfortable enough and the room was clean. No air conditioning but this probably wouldn't usually be needed. It's noisy when the windows are wide open but otherwise fine. Easy to get to on the M6 tram from Alexanderplatz and the trams are frequent (we never waited more than 10 minutes). There's a netto about 8 minutes down the road, an Italian where people were helpful, friendly and pizza was good, and IKEA was great for breakfast 5 minutes away. Don't expect 5* but at half the price of similar hotels, we were impressed.

We had a little power blackout the last day (probably not the mistake of the Hotel). Price is accepable and good for families with kids. We did our own breakfast (buy nearby Allee Center food, not sure whether provided breakfast is okay for vegans). A little kitchen area would be nice. Staff are always friendly.

Good two night stay
The room (suite) with basically two bedrooms and one shared bath was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only slight negative was that w/o AC it can be hot in the summertime before it cools off overnight (have to have windows wide open). We had a school group of boys making noise one floor below us until like 1030pm, but when I complained to the front desk they quickly took care of it. Hotel lobby and grounds clean and safe.

Don´t book this hotel
We had booket this hotel from the 14 - 17 october. Unfortunatly, we had a funeral the 15 october. So I wrote directly to the hotel and told that we were arriving the 15 october late evening. Got respons that it was ok. When we arrived the 15 october, nobody could find our booking, I showed the booking from my phone and the email I´ve got from the hotel that it´s ok we are late. When the manager comes, he told us that our booking was cancelled cause we didn´t show up. I was shocked, cause I did inform the hotel that we were arriving late tuesday the 15 october, and they accepted. They didn´t have any room for us, and everything was sold out also at the other hotels we tried :( So now I have a discussion with the hotel and of course I wan´t my money back and no one at the hotel will take any responsibility. Can´t recommend this hotel to anyboby

O hotel fica distante dos pontos turísticos, mas o Tram M6 passa muito proxino e em 20 min estamos na Alexanderplaz. O hotel não é novo, mas as condicoes estão boas. O quarto é amplo e o banheiro também. Recomendo demais.

Brugt hotellet nogle gange over de sidste 6 - 8 år. Dog er morgenmaden blevet en del ringere. Værelserne er "renoveret" med bl.a. trægulve i stedet for gulvtæpper. 15 euro for parkering, uden rabat/gratis parkering med handikapskilt i bilen.
