    Yay and nay
    Overall for the price, it was clean, relatively new (probably 30 years newer of a building than the competitors), convenient enough and staff was accomodating. Extended 3 nights after my initial. Only turn down, they got real cheap with the amenities/food/drinks sold. No complimentary water. Sold them for $2/bottle at the counter. Regarding limited amenity usage (no lobby, no pool, no gym, no breakfast) it was quite a rude way to accomodate guests at management level.

    Overall, nice place, clean and very nice people. The TV didn’t work in my room, that was okay though, just needed the room for a night. Didn’t call to have it serviced. Overall, comfortable place with nice people running it.

    DON'T STAY HERE
    Booked a non-smoking room, which obviously smelled of HEAVY smoke. The room had no toilet paper at all. I understand the COVID-19-related inconveniences, but not these. Also the hotel charged us for an extra night which we did not stay. When I called to straighten out the billing, the clerk was rude and couldn't fix the problem. We are now working with Hotels.com to straighten out the billing. NEVER AGAIN.

    No more Laquinta
    Stay was bad. Shower had a mind of it's own. Would start dripping heavily for no reason. Walls very thin. Could hear room across the hall, under and above us. Second time in a row the TV remote didn't work. Bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Mattress was lopsided and pillows were either too flat or too puffy. Overall property was dirty. This is the last time we will stay in a Laquinta.

    I have stayed here previously and was very satisfied, This time was a let down. I'm sure it's very difficult to operate in this Covid environment but I was much more impressed with the way the La Quinta I stayed at the night before was operating.

    I didn’t take a shower there due to the rusted out bathtub and the AC was so loud I could not sleep. The walls were incredibly thin and I could hear the people in the next room.

    Don't stay. Go to another hotel.
    Let's just start by saying the cleaning staff sucks. Trash in the halls for the entire 2 night stay. The free breakfast is closed. The lobby is closed. The pool is closed. The bed needed to be replaced, my wife which was in the hospital with my son said the chair she slept in was more comfortable. The daily room clean doesn't happen. The sheets were cleaning. The bed apron haddog fur all on it. The carpet needs to be vacuumed better because the dog fur was still all over it. The trash problem goes from the parking lot to the rooms. The elevator smelled bad. Just a bad experience from start to finish. Ok covid cleaning should be priority. That starts from the floor to the ceiling. Clean, that is what most people want.

    Not very pleasant stay!
    Not very pleasant stay. l decide to give another chance and stay this hotel again. l believe in second chances and l like the rooms. But unfortunately the experience was not very pleasant and l was let down again. The check out has changed to 11am still. Which l would have hoped to be changed to the original time which is noon. 11am is Very inconvenient! and you feel like losing a hour there. there is a pandemic going on but l would like remind folks this is the only hotel in the perimeter that has changed the check out time due to coronavirus. Looks like a excuse to me! Also this hotel needs a new manager. The manager have a horrible attitude which l did not find very nice. l don't think l will be back again and l definitely do not recommend. There are better other options and prices in the perimeter. Stay away!

    Pleasant experience. Good location. The room was clean and nice. No problem with the room. The only problem was the check out time. it has changed from 12 to 11am. Very inconvenient! l am a long time client of the hotel. Because of the check out time changing l might not stay there anymore. l understand is a pandemic right now but is very inconvenient!

    Usually great, this visit, not so much.
    I have stayed at this hotel over 20 nights in the past six months for work. For whatever reason this hotel was left an absolute disaster. When I expressed my concern to the GM he said that he was aware of the condition of the hotel, the partying that was happening on every floor. He blamed it on the lack of business people in the hotel currently and the "local" crowd that was using it to party in. People were smoking pot in the hallways and security couldn't do anything about it it seemed. I ended up cancelling 6 additional nights at this hotel.
