We never had our room cleaned. They came around 4:30pm wanting to clean the room after we had been out of the room since the morning. Front desk staff blah, asked about if we were getting the high floor we booked, she stated 6 is considered then placed us in a room 2 doors away from the elevator.

Margaritaville resort
When we first walked in, the room itself look nice, the bed was comfy, We had a good view of the ocean, It was very, very humid within the room, but that is to be expected right next to the beach. The cons were the phone in the room did not work. The bathroom vent did not work, the floor of the shower was dirty. my wife was not able to take a shower until we called from our personal phones, The hotel to have them come up and clean the shower, which they didn’t. They just picked up the towels and replaced them when you towels. The resort itself did not offer any type of breakfast, even one to pay for. The hotel did have Its own restaurant which we Did not go to, the cell service was really horrible.

The resort was beautiful. Our condo was ckean and very spacious. The only complain that we had was that on our last day there was construction in the room next door at 8 am in the morning. It would have been nice to be made aware of the construction beforehand. We were awakened by loud banging.
