Ebenezer Place and Vardon Ave often hold festivals and events such as the and Ebenezer Night Markets, East End Wine Down and Beer and Bubbles festival.  During February and March the Fringe Festival is running in Adelaide and always has the East End buzzing. The apartment is in the heart of the fringe festivities and only a short stroll to the Garden of Unearthly Delights or Adelaide Arts Festival!
