Great place friendly service
We rented for only one night to rest after driving 4 hours away from home it’s a nice place great AC comfortable and clean beds no cigarettes or wee smell at all the only thing was we didn’t know how to watch regular TV channels but my daughter husband and I had a great rested night will come back and stay here in the future.

It was medicore, there is some good, but also bad. this is the first two times that i stayed and this hotel. THE PROS: Front desk service behind the glass, very good people. first time at the hotel, Room design nicely, tv service nice, bathroom clean, design nicely. However. THE CONS, hotel is located at a highway, A higyway heading towards triborough Bridge, and a slick walkway next to a Police station. Cons,also include, WALLPAPERS covering the windows, with CABAN logo covering it. and this second time around, ceiling cracked open, no wired connection to the TV, No remote conrol. So there are some parts that this hotel needs work. It is not a bad hotel, nor it is good It is mediocre, need work to be done

Not family friendly, not clean- floors were filthy, the shower was moldy, and the room stunk. Our door did not have a a deadbolt. The door looked like it had been attempted to by pried open from the outside. The bathroom door didn’t close. There was a plastic bag wrapped around the smoke detector, the ceiling had wet spots and smoke rings all over it. People in the rooms were blasting music all night, the hallways were filled with smoke and smelled like pot. We were charged $50 cash to check in early and saw a sign that people can pay by the hour cash only. We tried to stick it out but couldn’t take it, and ended up leaving at 3am because we were unable to sleep and felt so unsafe. The pictures make it look so nice but they are extremely deceiving. I wish I could get my money back- I feel ripped off.

This was not a Hotel. This was a Motel. Their main focus was/is the hourly rentals for sexual encounters. Bathroom sink was linking. The room's phone not working. The room's wifi never worked. This is not a location that should be advertised as a Hotel. I regret staying here. I wouldn't recommend such a location anyone.
