This is a nicely appointed hotel, lovely views from the room and a fantastic rooftop pool. We booked here to stay close to Amer, though it is actually about 10 kms from the fort. If I had paid attention, I’d have rather stayed in the city with many options about the same distance in the other direction from the fort. Stay here for a somewhat secluded stay experience if you like that. Our experience with the service was mixed. While some of the service was top notch, Restaurant service for tandoor breads was extremely slow (we waited nearly 30 mins, with multiple reminders) and housekeeping was rather terrible with simple requests like replacing tea cups in the room not being serviced despite multiple calls. The staff did try to make it up to us and make our morning breakfast a good experience. I’d particularly commend Nimesh for his efforts.

Lost bag, after it went through their security and staff was not very helpful in locating. The staff in the restaurant were incredibly helpful and the food was delicious. Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant itself was tastefully decorated with local artifacts. The hotel is quite a way out of the city, which we knew when booking, so there is not much else around. We enjoyed being away from the bustle of all the traffic.

We've had the most amazing holiday at this location. The staff are so friendly, attentive and caring. The hotel is very clean, and offers the best amenities. We've genuinely enjoyed the stay, and appreciate the attention to detail, across all departments. Reception staff, housekeeping, restaurant staff and management; everyone has been professional and exceeded expectations. The hotel itself is 25 minutes outside of Jaipur, which is wonderful, because it gives you a break from the hustle and bustle, and noise, of the city. Nestled in the hills, this hotel is the perfect oasis!
