The location couldn’t be beat. We had a rental car but the staff would call taxis on request. There were more restaurants than we could eat at within walking distance. The staff, and the entire population that we interacted with, were beyond helpful and friendly. We had a bit of trouble when we arrived at the airport and the taxi dispatcher had alerted the hotel so they were all waiting for us and totally solicitous. When we couldn’t contact a restaurant to figure out if it was open, the desk clerk called her father who walked over to see. When one of our party needed to rent a snorkel, she had a buddy who lent us one at no charge because we were staying at Quitos. One night, Quito Ryder himself, the owner and a renowned reggae artist, performed at the bar/restaurant and during a break, came around and chatted with everyone. Our only complaint was they ran out of bar soap for a day or two (there was liquid soap in the shower).

One of the only modern hotels on the island and every room as a great view of the beach. Large rooms and because it's new construction it's quiet when the hurricane proof patio doors are closed. No loud rooster crowing like I hear at other hotels on Tortola. The king bed, sheets and pillows were soft and comfortable. AC worked well and was quiet also. They serve a small breakfast of coffee, yogurt and muffins in the lobby. Each room as a functional kitchen with stove, fridge, coffee maker toaster and micro so that's helpful to make your own meals and Bobby's Grocery store is a 3 min walk. Cane garden baby has a nice swimmable beach and several bars and restaurants. I'd stay again.

We had high expectations for Our stay and they were exceeded. The property is beautiful, new, very well maintained. The larger fridge, 2 burner stove, toaster and coffee pot, dishes and utensils really gives you everything you need for a full week. It’s incredibly convenient to everything in Cane Garden Bay. We would definitely stay here again.

Newer hotel so that is a plus. Working tv was a plus. In an attempt to be cool and hip there are big design flaws in the bathroom. Missing rugs by the bed and why do a queen when a king would easily fit. Furnishings nice Stair have a slippery tile and no railings. Secure door for entry has no pressure latch to pull it closed so it’s open most of the time and a rooster that crowed all night.
