The hotel had no gym no sir no breakfast. The pool was empty. Loaded the area around the hotel was overgrown with brush. It was just not a very pleasant stay. I’ve never wanted to leave the hotel and go back home more than I did this weekend the 27th through the 30th.

Disgusting and bug infested slum hotel!!!

There is no breakfast, there were bugs everywhere including cockroaches in my room, dead roach photo attached taken after screaming, my coworkers had no shower head or curtain, the rooms downstairs smelled like mildew the outside doors not secured it was absolutely disgusting and we left before the first night was over. We didn’t stay. Lots of bed bugs in the reviews - learned my lesson to read reviews before you book!!

They advertise breakfast and a pool but did not offer breakfast and their pool has been emptied and neglected for a while. The ice machine was broken, vending machine was broken and the coffee maker in our room was broken and dirty. The bathtub had a layer of sand and dirt on the floor that appeared to be from the previous guest. The room key only works 1 time and then had to get a new one each time. Checking in went pretty good and wad quick.

Beware this hotel does not have breakfast or a pool even though both were advertised as amenities. Also a very weird smell throughout the hotel mildew maybe? But I would have absolutely picked a different hotel if I had known about them not having breakfast. They would not give any compensation for that so I had very unhappy kids

i booked a handicapped accessible room, the bed was so tall that i had to buy a step stool to climb up to the bed. lucky i didn't fall and break a bone, or worse. No complimentary breakfast, the dining room was full of storage boxes.

Enjoyable stay

We were very pleased with the professionalism of the staff. We came in a little early and they made sure our room was ready within 15 minutes. Very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and lobby. Our beds were very comfortable for a restful night. The only thing we were disappointed with was they were remodeling the dining room so we were unable to have enjoy our complimentary breadkfast.

Excellent Accommodation Choice in Tahlequah

The reception team was welcoming and friendly, offering excellent recommendations for local restaurants. The room was tidy and appealing, but the bed mattress was on the firmer side, causing slight discomfort. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, enhancing the common areas. The room itself showcased the ongoing improvements and provided good value. I look forward to staying there again.

When I was walking in to check in, there was dog poo on the sidewalk. I went to take a shower the next morning, and I had no shower curtain. First time that’s ever happened. I didn’t have any washcloths either. The next morning, the tray that holds the coffee bag, for my in room coffee pot, was just gone. I did ask for a late check in, and they saved my room, as I couldn’t check in until 8pm. The hotel was very clean and very nice and up to date. Staff was also very nice. The lobby always smelled like something being cooked with garlic every time I walked through. I almost wanted to ask if I could have some. lol

The hotel itself was nice, the beds were new but hard and very high off the ground. Getting in and out was difficult. The beds slide around on frame when trying yo climb in. Cable options were great once we got them to fix the tv. No breakfast at this time.
