Very disappointed: Hotel needs better housekeeping
Very disappointed for the condition of the hotel. Not only very outdated but we found trash on the floor, bad odor, and bathroom floors looked dirty. We picked this hotel based on the reviews and grade “8.4” so that is a massive misguidance and a big lie. We were traveling and only needed to spend the night and simply picked the worst hotel!

Recibi una bienvenida algo agridulce pues la recepcionista algo seca y altanera (señora de edad avanzada) al momento se atenderme, nos dionuna habitavion que parecia en remodelacion, habia aun restos de mezcla de yeso en la pared del baño, como que habian quitado los cuadros decorativos, habia humedad en las predes y habia cabellos largos en la cama, en la zona habia muchas personas en situación de calle, tiradas en la alameda, en las entradas de los oxxos , algo inseguro el alrededor y sin opciones viables para comer y cenar
