Really lovely hotel, the staff were nice and helpful, supportive as well to the needs of our grandmother who was travelling with us. It’s close to the historic centre and meant we could get around easily. Will stay again!

Catfish Listing- scam photos.
Whoever did the photos of this listing is a true magician and scam artist. Do NOT believe them. This is a closet of a hotel. Run down, beat up and a dungeon. Some rooms have no windows, are underground, beat up flooring and none have televisions, AC/heating. Floors are not level with random steps at dangerous places like the side of the bed. Rooms very small. No privacy, you can hear everything from the rooms next to you. Staff are very nice and friendly. Only reason they get 2 stars. No parking. I would definitely NOT recommend anyone stay here unless your room is $10-20 and you are on a very tight budget. There are so many better options around the area.

Meson Cuévano is a beautiful inn and an excellent option right in the heart of Guanajuato. The staff is kind and very helpful. The rooms are quaint and unique—wonderful for a great night sleep. For the price this inn is excellent.
