Heating in my room was not working Poor sound insulation in the room (230). Very noisy due to walk away and pubs close by. Throughout my 4 night stay there was constantly noise from outside till the early hours of the morning. Was not expecting this from a supposedly five star hotel

Fabulous location!

This is a superb hotel in a really beautiful location right in the heart of the old town. Lovely design and well appointed. The staff are excellent. Breakfast is lovely. Very minor gripe is the air con units in room are a bit underpowered but we weren’t there at a hot time so it was workable. Would definitely stay here again regardless. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Perfect location for walking around Old Town and exploring Vilnius and very clean. Definitely felt much more like a 4 star hotel though - was missing details like robes, turn down service, greetings by name, etc. Also, walls are paper thin, so be aware of this if you are a light sleeper.
