Very bad service in the lounge especially in the evening. They’re public Wi-Fi. Is horrible, unless you pay. There elevators needs attention, the wait is so long to come down to lobby, that I had to use there housekeeping elevators as I had my luggage with me , I was just using stairs 100 times quicker.

We stayed here to be close to the zoo and embassy and it was perfect. From the moment we pulled up until we left the next afternoon the staff was amazing. Special call out to Rodriguez who helped park the car (the garage was closed when we were there) and was otherwise super helpful. Great grounds. Nice bar. Friendly restaurant staff. Clearly a very well managed property with happy staff. We'd stay here again.
