Foi uma completa decepção. Imaginei uma experiencia tranquila e agradavel, compativel com o padrão NOVOTEL, mas não foi nada disso, O check in correu sem problemas, porem no dia seguinte, quahdo acordamor e tomamos café da manha para ir para a area da piscina, começaram as decepções. Minha expectativa para o Carnaval era um experiencia NOVOTEL, tranqulia e sossegada, mas pasmem...o hotel vende "dia de piscina", ou seja, quem esta hospedado tem que disputar uma cadeira ou uma mesa ou uma sombra ou um pedaço no sol com que adquiriu um pacote de "Um dia de piscina". Dessa forma fiaca muito lotado e o hospede, que chega um pouco depois da 08:00 am poruqe se hospedou, para descandar, não tem lugar. Me estranhou muito um hotel com perfil corporativo vender esse tipo de pacote. E no minimo preocupante. Não indico para ninguem. Não pensem que irão passar um FDS tranquilo, porque não acontecera. Não vale a pena pagar o que custa uma diaria de FDS pensando e aproveitar a piscina com tranquilidade, porque não vale a pena. Se voce quiser aproveitar, compre "um dia de piscina" e va. Vai gastar bem menos e usar os mesmos recursos do hotel. Tambem quero ressaltar o excelente atendimento da Laiza. Muito gentil, prestativa e essa sim, padrão Novotel. Thiago e Clebson da recepção tambem excelentes. Quando subi para descansar meu apto não estava arrumado e fui pessimamente atendida por Marina. Foi mei assim, problema seu, se quiser aguarde aqui embaixo
