Emporio was very in a very convenient and extremely walkable. The hotel accommodated our handicap/wheelchair needs. We loved everything about this hotel especially their all you can eat buffet. Will definitely come back to Emporio.

This hotel is one of the older ones on reforma. Suitable for a few days. Old lobby and facilities, but that is it's charm from the past! Enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet and the attention given there. Did not enjoy the second shift head bellhop as he was not accommodating nor provided receptus reply to my request. Other than that I recommend this hotel. Checkout was seamless.
