The room smelled super mildewy. The door to the room had mildew stains all over. The AC was pretty bad and the room would get super humid. I know this is Florida, but it’s January and hasn’t really been humid at all. I never once had housekeeping come to the room in 8 nights. Thankfully, I had my own towels. There is no phone in the room. There were NO trash cans in room, not even in the bathroom. I ended up buying toilet paper and trash bags, because going to the office was a hassle. We thought we lost our key card one night and the office was closed and I couldn’t get through to a person to get a new key or open the room. Thankfully, I found the spare in my car. Wifi was SUPER spotty, it would cut out at least once an hour. I was ready to get out of there and it is a bit overpriced for what you get, but it did the job
