Very good
great hotel
The hotel was very nice, the restaurant food was great, the only part I think they need to improve is on the checking at the lobby, it takes way too long they need to look into the process to see what they can change to make it better, it takes too long for the complete process to finish.

Horrible service
Horrible service. They offer golf carts to love you around the hotel , because of the long distances , but none are ever available. I made a reservation for make up and hair for my couple. They didn’t acknowledge it. It was at 3 they didn’t make time until 4 because all the stylists had left. Made us 2 hours late to the wedding we were attending. I do not recommend at all horrible service.

Very nice place to stay. I taught by room wouldn’t have ocean view because of the palms but it did. Service is excellent, I would definitely go back! Love it!!!!!!

outdated resort that is overpriced
the rooms are very outdated and have a mold smell. beds are horrible. wifi very bad, not ideal for any work travel. the food menu has not been changed in years. the food quality has definitely gone downhill and not worth the 90$ a day for all inclusive. the premium wrist band is a joke and not worth it. they try to sell timeshares the whole time. even calling the room in the early am to try to get you to go to an owners brunch. theyve become very desperate for money and have cut a lot of corners in service and quality of food. my stomach has still not recovered. i do not recommend if you expect quality and service.
