Upon check in the room wasn’t ready at the advertised time. New room. Cool. Every single time we left the room we had to go down to the office to get a new key bc not a single key worked during the stay. They offered a refund but have yet to hear or see anything about that. Nice location though.

Being from Massachusetts we were shocked that not only was the hotel half missing, so are the surrounding businesses (that all advertise as open and running well). We feel cheated of our money had we known the significant damage and recovery state of this area, we would not have come.

The building is under much construction; there was no notification about where the lobby had been moved, so I had to ask strangers. No notice that the pool on the end by our room closed each day at 5pm along with many other areas not open. Very expensive for the room size and quality. Housekeeping could not communicate very well, and was rude when explaining we were not checking out that day and asked for more towels. It is technically the next thing from the beach, but you do have to wind around the property and then walk quite some distance to actually reach the water.
